Key Responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution.
- Maintain software applications to meet business requirements.
- Design and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to create reports, analyze data, and improve business processes.
- Support accounting and bookkeeping functions with IT solutions, ensuring accurate financial data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
- Work with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of digital content using graphics design tools (considered an asset).
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and company policies.

Core Requirements
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL language for database management and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Background in accounting and bookkeeping, with the ability to integrate financial data into IT solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.

Desirable Skills (Assets)
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
